Return Process

  Log into your FormDTM customer account and select the 'Return Portal' to generate a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Hardware

  Ensure all electronic components, manuals, and original cables are securely packed in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
